You have a fantastic range of products, including football, pink, and slide themed, some of which are just right for my small garden, which is a brilliant advantage to have. I also really appreciate the careful measurements you give on the website, and the super easy availability check for specific dates - it really couldn't be easier or more user friendly. But what I love the most about you guys is how utterly lovely you are with small children... the last time you came to deliver us a bouncy castle my 5, 3, and 18 month old came running out to meet you they were so excited and your delivery and set up guys were just so friendly and engaging with them, it made my day and theirs! Extremely happy with the service and of course the castle was perfect! I actually had the castle for a couple of extra days and my son was so so happy and he had a fab birthday party the kids loved it! Safe to say my son still talks about it now and wishes we still had it!!
Fab company very helpful for the booking as I had trouble on the website and I was helped very quickly. The guy who delivered and collected was great too! Overall very very happy thank you so much! I will definitely using you again in the future!!

This was the second time using bounce generation for my sons birthday party and the inflatable did not disappoint. Ricky came in the morning of the party to deliver the inflatable and it was done quickly and safely. he was very polite, friendly and respectful and the inflatable was very reasonably priced.

the children all loved the bouncy castle and it was definitely the highlight of the party.the other parents also commented on how much the children were having fun.

I will definitely be using bounce generation again for the future parties and would highly recommend them.

I ordered a 10 foot inflatable slide from Bounce Generation for my son’s 2nd birthday and everyone absolutely loved it (including some adults!)

The children had endless amounts of fun and it was definitely the highlight of his party.

The staff who arrived to both set up and pack down the inflatable were very friendly.

Would highly recommend Bounce Generation and would definitely use again!

we were delighted with the professional service that we received from bounce generation for our daughters 6th birthday party. the assault course was huge hit with the kids, and adults alike.

Both Ricky and luke were friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use the again!

we booked the 40ft assault course for my sons 4th birthday which he loved was such a good choice we had trouble getting him of it, its really made his day that bit more special, very professional service, would highly recommend bounce generation. cheers guys.

i hired from bounce generation a mega soft play package which was excellent and my son absolutely loved it and all his friends, they arrived on time and quick to set up and explain the safety when using equipment, they also altered my booking and changed the castle which was a big help as the hall wasn't big enough for the one in package, very friendly and polite service would recommend these guys they are great. will definitely use again. thank you.

Excellent service! At first I was a bit apprehensive as they were 10 minutes late (traffic). But they set up very quickly. Came o time to pack it all up again after the party. I had booked the toddler soft play package the kids loved it. Will certainly use again.

Just had the amazing Bounce Generation make my Sons Birthday from start to finish they were truly fantastic we hired the Bungee Run Inflatable Slide and Disco Dome. Needless to say it was impossible to get the kids indoors they had so much fun a lot of food went to waste but I wouldn't have had it any other way really was worth every penny Thank you so much Bounce Generation will be using you again and again xx

Hired the mega soft play package for my grandsons christening and it really did keep all the kids entertained all evening long allowing the parents sit back and relax great service will definitely use again

My kids and their friends had the best birthday party ever thanks to the lovely princess bouncy castle. Absolutely a must for outdoor children parties. We are going to use Bounce Generation again in July for my sons 6th birthday he wants another bouncy castle party. Who knows we might be lucky to get the Disco Dome bouncy castle this time.

Thanks so much for providing soft play for my son's 1st birthday party last Sunday. It was the perfect for his friends, (aged 6 months - 5 years), everyone had a great time and the soft play was enough of a distraction for the adults to rab a sandwich or two!

I just wanted to write a little snippet on how easy and professional I have found the Bounce Generation team to use.

From the moment I booked the castle I asked for proof of there liability insurance which was no problem at all they sent me a copy of there documents and when they arrived I signed a disclaimer and it all felt so professional.

As for the castle the kids absolutely loved it we couldn't get them off it was the best idea we had kept the children entertained from start to finish
