What products do you have?
We offer a wide range of products to suit any event. Our offerings include Bouncy Castles, Disco Dome Hire, Hot Tub Hire, Mobile Bar Hire, Inflatable Games, and more. We also have packages for soft play, party add-ons, and marquee hire, providing a comprehensive selection for birthdays, corporate events, weddings, and community gatherings.
What areas do you work in?
We provide our services in Northolt, Ealing, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Ruislip, Uxbridge, Ascot, Staines, and surrounding regions. For events slightly outside these areas, please contact us to discuss options.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, we have a standard delivery and setup fee of £10 for bookings within our service areas. If your postcode is not listed, please reach out to discuss options.
When do I make payment?
Payment is due upon delivery of your asset. You can pay by cash upon arrival or via bank transfer, with funds cleared at least 48 hours before your booking if using bank transfer.
Do I need a power source?
Yes, we require a power source within 25 metres of the setup location. If you don’t have a nearby power supply, we recommend hiring a generator, and we’re happy to advise on third-party options.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have £5 million Public Liability Insurance, and we can provide a copy upon request.
How do I know if my ground type is suitable?
- Grass/Astro: Staked into the ground
- Concrete/Tarmac: Drilled and bolted at an additional cost of £30
- Blocked paving/paving slabs: Not suitable for setup
- Indoor: Secured with sandbags
How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes 15-20 minutes for most units. Larger inflatables or bookings with multiple items may take longer, so please call to discuss timing.
Is there anything I need to do to prepare?
Yes, please ensure a clear pathway to the setup area and remove any obstacles like washing lines. Make sure grass is trimmed and the area is free of sharp objects or animal waste.
How much notice is needed to cancel?
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less notice may result in delivery and a full charge.
Are adults allowed to use the inflatables?
Unless specified otherwise, our inflatables are designed for children. Adult-suitable inflatables are reinforced with extra stitching, deeper beds, and higher walls.
What happens if the weather is bad on the booking day?
We closely monitor the weather and will contact you by Thursday or Friday if cancellation or rescheduling is needed due to poor conditions (heavy rain, thunderstorms, winds over 24 mph). Light rain may still allow for use.
What times do you deliver and collect?
For garden hires, delivery is by 12 noon unless pre-arranged for earlier or later in busier periods. For hall hires, we aim to set up ahead of your start time. Please coordinate hall timings with the venue manager and inform us accordingly.
