however please call as we can be very usually be very flexible.
If you have a hall booking and the time is
exact, we will endevour to set up prior to your party start time. You will be
expected to take care of the timing with the manager of the specific hall and
inform us accordingly.
How much space is needed for a bouncy castle?
In regards to height, that’s the simple part.
If the celling is 12 feet, we need to be around a foot short of that for the
bouncy castle. Behind the castle we need at least 5 feet for the inflation tube
and blower. So if the castle is 15 foot we will need around 19 – 20 foot of
space. Its also advised you have a 5 foot clearance at the front of the unit to
ensure the children can get on and off safely and to leave enough space for
Can the inflatable go on a patio or concrete?
Unfortunately this is not an
option. Health and Safety have regulations in place that state we need196kg of
weigh per anchor point to secure the inflatable should standard hook fixings
not be possible. This means. This would require a ton of weight to be carried
in the van, which is not feasible. The only option would be for us to bolt the
unit into the concrete using special fixings; this would come with a £60.00
Is there anything I need to do to prepare?
Not much, all we need you to do generally is clear any
pathways we may need to use to bring large inflatables down alleys for
instance. If you have a garden bouncy castle hire then its recommended that you
remove washing lines that may get in the way, clear the grass of any potential
sharp objects, glass, thorns, or animal matter.
Do I need to supply anything?
We need a plug socket. Should your nearest plug socket
be longer than 25 meters, please let us know on booking and we will ensure we
bring a longer extension lead.
How long does it take to set up the Bouncy
around 15- 20 minutes for most units. Adult castles and Disco dome usually take
a bit longer as they are harder to move and set up. We also need to set up the
speakers and lighting with the disco dome. sometimes up to 45mins
Do you have insurance?
We certainly do! We are
insured to the sum of £5M as a legal requirement. If you would like to see a
copy you can request before delivery to have a copy and we will ensure ones
printed off. Or we can forward on via e-mail which is no problem at all.
What if it’s raining on the day?
We offer a free cancellation
policy. We cannot control the weather and neither can you. So should our
unpredictable British weather let you down, then give us as much notice as
possible. The last time we had unpredicted showers we monitored the weather all
morning in the hope we could still come through for a young childs party. However
safety comes first and a wet slippery castle, ever with a rain cover would
increase the chances of injury significantly. So we can play it my ear on the
is it ok for adults use the bouncy castles?

product then absolutely not. Adult bouncy castles are manufacturer totally
differently to children’s castles. They have extra stitching and deeper beds
and higher walls. So unless you want to risk payng for repairs for damaging the
bouncy castle then please follow instructions carefully. soft play hire is for up to 5 years of age
